How we handle enquiries and registrations.
Information and purpose
The site operator collects your name, email, optional contact, company, region and project information, submission time and IP address to handle enquiries, release interests, event registrations and spam prevention.
Privacy and marketing consent are recorded separately. Marketing consent is optional and is not required for a general enquiry.
Retention and withdrawal
Enquiry and registration information is retained for up to one year from submission. Any transaction records subject to separate retention requirements are handled for that purpose. You may withdraw marketing consent or request access, correction or deletion using the contact form.
Server and email service providers support site operation and message delivery. Emails contain receipt confirmation and minimal guidance. The site does not process online alcohol payments or deliveries.
Cookies and contact
Session cookies support security and form processing. Broody Hen age confirmation is stored for the browser session. Advertising pixels that track individuals are not currently enabled.
