SUMMERHALL DISTILLERY KOREA
From Scotland to Korea
Connecting the possibilities of a cask to products and projects.
An Edinburgh connection
Summerhall Distillery sits within Edinburgh’s Summerhall arts venue, in a setting that once housed a veterinary school. The place brings together a rich history and a creative present.
Summerhall Distillery Korea is a point of contact for cask sourcing, private bottling and Korean maturation projects.
From cask to brand
The Summerhall cask platform supports trade and project conversations. The Broody Hen shares the whisky and the story. Together they connect the value of a cask to the next experience.
